The earthing / short-circuiting device is for earthing and short-circuiting of low-voltage overhead line segment that have been disconnected for maintenance. The set consist of 6 aluminium cast spring connecting clamp with shaft of fibreglass synthetic resin and plastic handle ( lenght: 52 cm ) and 1 insulating rod extension with threaded joint. The phase clamps are connected to each other by extremely flexible copper cable ( 25mm² ) with transparent protective insulation. The cable is connected to the phase clamps by cap-bolted joint without interrupting the continuity of the phase conductor. A device set is delivered in a waterproof canvas bag.
