These rods are made of fibreglass reinforced synthetic resin. The tube with the smallest diameter is filled with poliurethane foam. It is suitable for applying different devices (short-circuiter, voltage detector, rescuing hook, cleaning tools, etc) on the SV, MV and HV networks. The segments of the telescopic rod are fixed in their extended state by spring-type locking buttons. They can be transported in their nested state by car. The different head shapes allow to connect the fittings or devices to the rod more easely. The telescopic rod types, the rod head shapes as well as the fittings which can be connecter are summarized in the following table.
